FAQ
  • Q: What happened to the 2009 Concert on the Green?

Due to event conflicts with the possible alternative dates for the 2009 Concert on the Green and numerous other factors, it has been decided that the long term health and continuation of the Concert requires cancellation for 2009, and intense focus on making Concert on the Green a resounding success for 2010.

Thanks to the support of many of you, Concert on the Green did accomplish one of its primary goals, that being the promotion of arts within the County, by awarding scholarships to the winners of the music and the visual arts competitions and their schools – over $9,000.00 in scholarships were awarded to the winners and to their schools at a time when funding for the arts is dwindling – a success which Concert on the Green looks forward to continuing in 2010.

  • Q: How do I get a refund?

While we hope that you will consider allowing your contribution to remain with Concert on the Green, which we remind you is a 501(c)(3) organization, and to thereby assist in offsetting the scholarship and prize money awarded to the music and the visual arts competitors and their schools, in the event that you would like a refund of funds paid to Concert on the Green, please contact us via the website, and we will be happy to provide a refund.
