Q: Do I get to choose which masterworks or fusion concert I go to?
Yes you may, instructions for logging onto the Symphony website and choosing your concert will be forwarded with your patron information package.

You can purchase tickets from any Rotary club member, or online. Paypal is available as a payment method, or a check/money order can be mailed to our address.

Q: Are there special rates for groups?
YES! Please visit the website for more information on a cash back bonus for your organization. We are offering group ticket rates with bonuses.

Q: Where can I find a schedule of the days events?
Programs will be available for $1 at the gate. There will also be announcements throughout the day as to the upcoming events.

Q: What activities will there be for children?
We have a number of great activities lined up for the kids this year. We will have music and art activities provided by local schools. There will also be a chance for them to experience dance lessons and music theory. We will have bounce houses as well.

Q: Who will be performing pre concert entertainment?
We have a variety of talented bands, and the runners up to the music and vocal contests to entertain you before the Jacksonville Symphony plays.

Q: Will I be able to pay for my tickets with a credit/debit card the day of the event?
Yes there will be credit card machines available to purchase tickets.

Q: How much are tickets and where can I buy them?
- The advanced ticket price for the event is $15 for adults and $9 for students under age 18.
- Tickets at the gate will be priced at $18 for adults and $12 for students under 18.
- Children 5 and under are FREE. Parking is FREE.

Q: Can I bring a cooler?
This event is a fundraiser. As such food and beverages will be available for purchase. However, you may also bring a cooler if you choose.

Yes, but be prepared to put it down when the entertainment begins.

Sufficient restrooms will be available. One of the restrooms will be a crowd pleaser equipped with electricity and running water.

There will be both a handicap parking area and a handicapped area on the grounds.
