Be part of Clay County's largest cultural event. Help is needed in many areas of the volunteer functions listed below.
If you, or a group you are involved with, would like to volunteer your time to this worthy cause, please contact us. This is also a great way to earn community service hours. There is a definite need for setup and cleanup volunteers.

Flyer Distribution

Looking for people to canvas surrounding cities and events with flyers.
|
|
|
Event Staff
|
|
The Event Staff assists with managing pedestrian and vehicle traffic to assure everyone's safe movement around the site. Event Staff people are stationed at walkway intersections, or service road entrances and crosswalks, guiding people and vehicles along their way.

|
|
Parking
|
|
Park vehicles, direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Maintain fire lanes and exit paths, assist concert goers.

|
Sanitation
|
|
Keep walkways clean and clear. Keep wastebaskets emptied.

Admissions
|
| Sell concert wristbands and food and beverage tickets at ticket booth. |

Food & Beverage
|
| Sell food and beverage tickets from booths at locations in and around the concert area. |
| |
Patron Area Ushers
|
| Directing people to Patron Area seats. Maintaining order in the area in front of the stage. |
| |
Lawn Seating Ushers
|
| Directing people and maintaining order in the lawn seating area. |
| |
After Concert Cleanup
|
| Looking for individuals or group to help clean-up concert site. |
