The “Secret is Out”
– All good things must come to an end. As reported in Golfer’s Guide, (the official Golf Guide of the North Florida PGA Section), “North Florida’s Best Kept Secret” is no longer a secret.

As described in Golfer’s Guide: “A course that blends seamlessly with the natural environment, Magnolia Point is a nature-lover’s dream. The course is rarely invaded by housing and is home to some of Florida’s unique wildlife: deer, wild turkeys, red tail hawks, a protected species of turtles and baby gators. What truly stands out about Magnolia Point is the uniqueness of every one of the 27 golf holes.

Such diversity in design, and the addition of characteristics that are very rare in Florida golf, makes Magnolia Point a truly unique golf Course.

Joe Wyzkoski, Magnolia’s new managing partner, states that: “Magnolia Point offers 27 of the most distinct golf holes you’ll find anywhere in Florida." They are all different. They are all memorable. You’re always looking forward to the next hole. Magnolia Point has elevation changes and rolling hills that remind one of Georgia, North Carolina or Pennsylvania. Palm trees are rare in this area."

"The golf course was designed with the golfer in mind. All of the greens are framed with a backdrop of oaks, pines and flowering trees. By extending the drive areas from greens to the next tee, the golfer gets to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of very impeccable homeowners' landscaping, and this allows the golfer from having to see parallel fairways and other golfers. The course is very playable."

It’s a golfer friendly course, but it is also a great test of golf.
