To the Patrons and Sponsors of the 2009/2010 Concert On The Green,

I am writing to express our sincere thanks for your contribution to the Concert and to provide some much needed communication from our organization to yours. Please accept my deepest thanks for your support. Without your 2009 contribution the concert would not have been able to provide the nearly $9,000 in scholarships to Clay County’s Schools and students, some of which are attending their first semester of college beginning this week.

I would also like to assure you that we have not forgotten your generosity. Your contributions will carry over to the 2010 concert and your packages will be honored with additional benefits.

Within the next few weeks you will begin to see public addresses regarding this coming year’s event. Your 2010 Patron and Sponsor package will provide tickets to the Jacksonville Symphony’s Masterworks series in April in addition to some additional benefits of your original package purchased in 2009. I am taking great measures to ensure that the 2010 concert will be the best that Clay County has known.

In 2010 you will receive tickets to our event, VIP seating for our concert, VIP parking, and a gourmet dinner during the event catered by Nonie’s Catering. A service of wine and beer will be served as well as our signature Concert On The Green-tini! created by Nonie just for our Patron’s. A delicious buffet with such gourmet specialties as smoked salmon, beef tenderloin, as well as many of Nonie’s signature salad’s and desserts will be available for you while you watch from your candlelit adorned tables directly in front of the Jacksonville Symphony. There are many other forms of print and media recognition that will accompany the packages and I will be communicating those throughout the coming weeks.

The Rotary Club of Fleming Island is pleased to present the 2010 Concert On The Green and hopes that you will join us throughout the year at the number of events we will be sponsoring to ensure they Concert’s success.
